Miley dressed Indian
Well, not really dressed Indian. But she wore a beautiful forehead decoration (worn in South Asia particularly India, Bangladesh). So, we never had Miley toured here, but we get to see her with bindi. Isn't it awesome? The image is 100% real and not photoshoped, for evidence the video is also attached.
